The Bachelor's degree in International Engineering at Kempten University of Applied Sciences is a seven-semester interdisciplinary programme that combines technical engineering training with an international and intercultural perspective. Teaching is conducted in English from the start of the programme. The curriculum is structured around project-oriented learning, with group projects running alongside each semester's coursework. The first two semesters cover foundational STEM content and introductory international topics. Semesters three and four expand on specialist knowledge through applied projects. The fifth semester is a practical internship, which may be completed in Germany or abroad. In the sixth and seventh semesters, students choose specialisations aligned with their professional interests, and the programme ends with the Bachelor's thesis. The programme is offered at Kempten University of Applied Sciences in Kempten (Allgäu), with intake in the winter semester.
