The Leading Diverse Teams program is a non-degree course for international students at the University of California, Irvine. It lasts several weeks and helps students develop leadership skills for a global business environment.

The curriculum covers the Cultural Intelligence framework, including four CQ capabilities: CQ Drive, CQ Knowledge, CQ Strategy, and CQ Action. Students learn how to recognize and understand biases and implicit assumptions about other cultures, and develop practical skills to limit implicit bias in organizations.

After completing this program, students can pursue careers as Global Team Leaders, Cross-Cultural Consultants, International Business Managers, Diversity and Inclusion Specialists, or Organizational Development Managers.
