The Lean as the Cornerstone of Efficiency program at Häme University of Applied Sciences is a 3-year non-degree course that teaches students Lean thinking principles and methods in English. It helps students enhance process flow efficiency and develop customer-oriented thinking skills.

The curriculum includes introductions to Lean concepts, process flow efficiency, and practical applications of Lean tools. Students engage in independent guided studies through the Moodle platform, working at their own pace to complete assignments and assessments.
