Master in Leiderschap In Cultuur

At Antwerp Management School, tuition fees are 4,950 USD per year.

LinC Lage Landen offers a transformative learning journey tailored specifically for leaders operating within the cultural sector across Flanders and the Netherlands. Recognizing that the arts and heritage landscape has become increasingly complex, this programme addresses the critical need for sophisticated leadership capable of navigating volatility, diverse stakeholder ecosystems, and the pressures of both local and international engagement.

Rather than traditional classroom instruction, this masterclass functions as an intensive laboratory for professional growth. Participants are challenged to integrate their own real-world work contexts directly into the curriculum, effectively turning their cultural organizations into hubs of collective learning and innovation. By bridging the gap between artistic mission and organizational resilience, the programme equips leaders to manage uncertainty while fostering a sustainable future for their institutions.

Programme Architecture

The curriculum is structured around a 12-month timeline, emphasizing the synthesis of practical experience and theoretical insight. The core of the experience consists of eight distinct labs designed for knowledge creation and collaborative exchange, supported by three specific learning tracks focused on personal development, strategic collaboration, and sectoral innovation.
