Bachelor in Licence Lettres 4

The Licence Lettres 4 at Université de Bourgogne Franche-Comté is a three year programme. It is part of the Faculty of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences. The programme features a focus on Francophone literature and culture and a distinctive emphasis on the relationship between literary and visual arts. This programme combines the study of literature, history and the arts, and will give you a solid grounding in textual analysis, literary history, and critical theory. The curriculum includes the module Introduction aux Études Littéraires, which covers historical and theoretical perspectives in literary studies. Students may also pursue internships and study abroad opportunities, such as a semester at the partner university University of Illinois.
