Bachelor in Licence Physique parcours Sciences mécaniques

The tuition fee is 7,000 EUR per year.

The Licence Physique parcours Sciences mécaniques at Université Paris-Est Créteil Val de Marne (UPEC) offers a three-year programme structured around core modules and specialisations. Students begin with a solid foundation in mathematics and physics, including modules such as Calculus 1 and Mécanique du point 1 in the first year, and progress towards more advanced topics in mechanics, such as Mécanique des milieux continus and Mécanique des matériaux in the third year. The programme is supported by local laboratories, such as the MSME laboratory for mechanical and macroscopic physics, and the ICMPE for material sciences and physics. Students work in a variety of formats, including lectures, group projects, and individual assignments, and are encouraged to develop both written and spoken communication in French and English, as well as the ability to conduct and interpret experimental results. Graduates are well-prepared for further study in masters and engineering programmes.
