Bachelor in Licence professionnelle Activités immobilières

Graduates of the Licence professionnelle Activités immobilières programme at Université Paris-Est Créteil Val de Marne (UPEC) go on to work as transaction and commercialisation professionals, such as negotiators, agency heads, or property managers. The programme includes a full year of study at the Créteil campus, along with a 16-week internship.

The programme features partnerships with numerous real estate companies, including Carrefour, Orpi, and Foncia, enabling students to gain practical experience and make valuable industry connections. Students develop expertise in areas such as law, negotiation, marketing, and property management.

Module topics include the legal and economic environment, commercialisation techniques, property management, construction promotion, and a supervised project. The curriculum covers practical aspects of the profession, including legal frameworks, negotiation strategies, and financial management. Students must complete a supervised project and an internship as part of their studies, ensuring they are job-ready upon graduation.
