Master in M2 Nutrition Santé

Students with a strong foundation in biology and an interest in the interplay between nutrition and health will thrive in the M2 Nutrition Santé programme, which focuses on the complex relationships between nutrition and health. The curriculum includes eight modules, a bibliographic thesis and a mandatory stage or periods in apprenticeship for the apprenticeship pathway. Students gain expertise in areas such as nutritional physiology, metabolic dysfunctions, and preventive nutrition, as well as the ability to conduct scientific research and communicate scientific findings. In addition to developing a strong understanding of the economic, social, and environmental aspects of nutrition, students will also gain practical experience through missions in enterprise and optional internships.
