About Master in MA in Managing Global Dynamics

The MA in Managing Global Dynamics is a three-semester consecutive Master's programme that aims to develop the ability to manage international companies in the digital age. The curriculum covers 12 coordinated modules including Digital Business Models, Sustainability Competence and Ethical Reflections, Management Control, Legal Aspects of International Trading, Organisation Effectiveness and Performance, Competitive Strategies and Consumer Behaviour, Integrated Reporting, Innovation Management, International Financial Models, and Managing Global Change, alongside a comprehensive research project and the final Master's thesis. The first semester covers subject-specific modules on campus. The second semester is spent abroad, where students continue with further discipline modules. The third semester is devoted to the research project and Master's thesis. The obligatory semester abroad is designed to broaden both academic and social horizons and to prepare students for the thesis. The programme starts in the winter semester and is offered at the Technical University of Applied Sciences Würzburg-Schweinfurt (THWS) in Würzburg, Germany.
