The Master CFO covers three pathways — Junior, Senior, and Executive — with a curriculum focused on administrative, control, and corporate finance. The Junior pathway, for instance, includes modules on corporate financial statements, enterprise valuation, investments and financing, risk management, and corporate performance measurement. The Executive pathway, meanwhile, includes a module on testimonials, alongside the modules on corporate financial statements, enterprise valuation, and investments and financing. The Senior pathway lengthens the modules compared to the Junior pathway, offering more in-depth learning.

Students can choose to attend in person at the Udine or Pordenone campuses of University of Udine or online, with the possibility of switching between the two. The Master is led by Prof. Eugenio Comuzzi, with a faculty composed of academics and professionals from various universities and companies. The Master is part of a broader initiative to foster managerial excellence and process management, with a strong emphasis on hands-on learning and practical application. The programme covers 300 to 340 hours of teaching (depending on the pathway) and 200 hours of stage, alongside project work and seminars.
