Master Conception de dispositifs ludiques

Students on the Master Conception de dispositifs ludiques programme develop practical skills in game design, narrative, and cultural mediation, with a 5-6 month internship or professional experience via an alternance (apprentissage contract).

This programme explores the theory and practice of playful experience design, including the design of video games, board games, and role-playing games. It also covers the cultural mediation of games, event organization, and project management.

The programme at SHS Metz is designed to produce graduates who can innovate in the field of digital communication, as well as conduct scientific research. In their second year, students may apply to continue with a thesis in the field of research.

Courses are complemented with a research project, supervised by a tutor, which enables students to produce a thesis, and gain the skills necessary to pursue a PhD in the field.
