Master Droit social

Graduates of the Master Droit Prive Droit Social proceed to careers as legal advisors, in the public sector, or continue to doctoral studies. The curriculum is delivered through the École de Droit at the Institut Droit, Économie, Management at the Université Clermont Auvergne.

Students engage with both private and social law, considering their interactions and the legal frameworks that shape them. Courses include Théorie générale du droit, Droit social, and Droit du travail. A significant portion of the programme is dedicated to research and the completion of a mémoire, fostering analytical and problem-solving skills.
