    The HRM programme is designed for graduates in Management, Economics, Organisational Psychology and other social sciences, who are seeking a career in human resources management or are looking to change their specialisation profile. The programme prepares specialists who are able to assess the needs of an organisation’s human resources, as well as the competencies of organisations, and to find appropriate ways to direct the abilities of employees to promote the growth of the intellectual capital of organisations and increase the added value created by the organisation.
