Masterprogrammet i International Business på UiA gir teoretisk innsikt og analytiske ferdigheter for å håndtere utfordringer knyttet til ledelse og styring av virksomheter i internasjonale markeder. Studiene er basert på AACSB-akkrediteringen. Du vil tilegne deg kunnskaper og ferdigheter som gjør deg i stand til å vurdere konsekvenser av en gitt løsning på et problem, samt å vurdere ulike handlingsalternativer mot hverandre. I tillegg vil programmet gi deg forståelse for og evne til å vurdere bærekraftsutfordringer og ulike etiske og kulturelle problemstillinger du kan møte i ditt profesjonelle arbeid, samt hvordan virksomheter kan forholde seg til disse. Globale spørsmål, hvordan globalisering og globale forhold kan påvirke virksomheter og markeder, og hvordan virksomheter kan respondere på dette, er også vektlagt.
