This programme starts with a 2-week practice period in the third semester, connected to the module ‘Innovation and leadership in special education practice’. You will work with institutions related to special education, such as PPT, Statped, municipal administration, county governor, kindergarten, or school. This gives you practical experience in various settings, enhancing your understanding of diverse educational needs. The programme focuses on combining knowledge of development, learning, psychology, pedagogy, and legislation with practical methods to address both individual and systemic needs. It covers a range of topics, including inclusion, counselling, leadership, learning difficulties, and special needs.
