Master Microbiologie

With a two-year curriculum split into four specialisation tracks, the Master Microbiologie at UCA introduces students to the study of molecular and cellular microbiology, ecology and genome sciences, and industrial microbiology.

Based at the Clermont-Ferrand campus, which is known for its strong focus on science and technology, this programme provides a thorough grounding in microbiology research and applications.

Students can choose from four specialisation tracks: Genome, Ecology and Microbiology, Industrial Microbiology, Microbiology for Health and Environment and Microbiological Processes.

The curriculum includes a significant research component, with students completing a research project in their second year.

Graduates are well-prepared for careers in academia, industry, or government roles involving microbiology.
