Master of Computing

Applications are due 9 December, 2025 (International). Tuition is Wollongong/On Campus: $21720 (2026) per session, $65160 (2026) total course fee (international).

A capstone project, developed with industry partners, lets students apply theoretical knowledge to real-world problems and gain practical experience in data analytics. The Master of Computing (Data Analytics) builds a broad technical foundation while focusing on cutting-edge tools for extracting insight from large data sets. The course combines advanced computing subjects with embedded Work Integrated Learning, enabling students to develop both technical and professional skills.

The programme accepts graduates with a recognised three-year bachelor degree in any discipline, and also considers applicants with substantial professional experience. Graduates are prepared for roles such as data analyst, big data specialist, data engineer, data architect or software solution architect, and benefit from the University of Wollongong’s strong industry links.
