    About Master of Music

The application deadline for Master of Music is Dec 1, 2026.

The Master of Music (MMus) at the Yong Siew Toh Conservatory of Music is a two year full-time programme for graduates of a qualifying Bachelor of Music or equivalent university-level study who want to advance their professional studies in music. It builds higher-level expertise in the student's major area while developing instrument-specific and group pedagogy skills relevant to Singapore's and the region's music education communities. Students complete 80 modular credits with a minimum cumulative average point of 3.00, engaging in the Conservatory's calendar of around 200 events a year for applied performance experience. As with the Bachelor of Music, auditions from the 2024/2025 admissions cycle follow an Immersion format with shortlisted finalists invited to a day of lessons and collaborative music-making.
