Master's Degree Programme in Data Expertise and Artificial Intelligence

The Master's Degree Programme in Data Expertise and Artificial Intelligence prepares professionals for specialist and development roles where data and AI are central to the work, or where these technologies are expected to drive future change. The curriculum covers identifying data needs and utilization opportunities, data analysis and visualization, and hands-on work with AI methods and applications. No prior ICT knowledge is required to enter the program. The program addresses the growing demand for data skills and AI competency across industries, equipping students to recognize AI opportunities and navigate associated ethical considerations. Studies begin in September 2026. Note that the program is delivered mainly online and does not include the contact teaching in Finland required for immigration purposes. The program is offered at Tampere University of Applied Sciences in Tampere, Finland.
