About the Program

The Master's Degree in Sustainability Management (SusMan) addresses climate change, resource scarcity, and social inequality by preparing professionals to lead transitions toward more sustainable organisations and industries. The program brings together students from diverse academic and professional backgrounds in multidisciplinary, multicultural teams, building critical thinking, communication, and leadership skills relevant to the global job market. SusMan is a mid-career program for professionals with at least two years of work experience after a Bachelor's degree. Depending on prior academic qualifications (210 or 240 ECTS), graduates earn either a 60 ECTS or 90 ECTS degree. Applicants from environmental sciences, business, engineering, social sciences, and other relevant fields are eligible to apply. TAMK has an established network of business partners and active research, development, and innovation work in sustainability. Studies begin in September 2026 at Tampere University of Applied Sciences in Tampere, Finland.
