Master's in Real Estate (MSc)

The Master's in Real Estate at EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht covers the core areas of the real estate sector through a structured sequence of modules. Core modules address exogenous trends and real estate economics, real estate finance, real estate investment, real estate project and urban development, and real estate management. The programme also includes a cross-disciplinary project on sustainable built environments and ESG topics, conducted in cooperation with the REaL Foundation, and courses in sustainable buildings and technologies and applied real estate projects focused on resilient cities and urban transformation. Professional development workshops cover Python, statistics, data analysis for real estate, and key financial skills. The programme offers multiple study tracks to accommodate different backgrounds and goals. The Semester Abroad Track includes two semesters at EBS and one semester at a partner university, followed by the thesis. The Practice Track replaces the abroad semester with an intensive internship. The Accelerated Track shortens the programme to two semesters for qualifying applicants. A Dual Degree option extends the programme with an additional semester abroad to earn a second international degree.
