Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering

Mechanical engineering covers the design, analysis, and manufacturing of mechanical systems, spanning fields such as machinery, thermodynamics, materials, and manufacturing processes. Students study statics and dynamics, thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, materials science, and machine design, developing the analytical and practical skills needed to design mechanical components and systems. Coursework typically includes computer-aided design, manufacturing processes, control systems, and engineering mathematics, supported by laboratory and workshop sessions. This bachelor program runs 4 years and is taught in English at Haliç University in İstanbul, Turkey.
