The Bachelor of Engineering with Honours in Mechanical Engineering is a four-year direct honours degree conferred by SIT (formerly known as Infrastructure and Systems Engineering prior to AY2026), building strong foundations across mechanical engineering, advanced manufacturing, transportation, energy and automation. Students may pursue elective specialisation pathways in Intelligent Mobility Systems (railway technologies and smart maintenance), Advanced Manufacturing (semiconductor manufacturing and data analytics), or Digital and Autonomous Systems (robotics, automation and intelligent systems). An eight-month Integrated Work Study Programme, with innovation projects and industry capstone work, complements the applied-learning curriculum.
