This programme focuses on leadership and management within nonprofit organizations with a strong emphasis on ethical practice and service. Students engage in a service-oriented field experience that provides real-world work in nonprofit settings. The curriculum integrates practical skills in fundraising, program accountability, and organizational leadership. It is delivered entirely online in eight-week terms for flexibility.
