Music Pathway

The Music Pathway is a non-degree program at the University of North Georgia, ideal for students who want to pursue a career in music. This two-year program allows students to complete an Associate of Arts degree with a focus on music, which can be applied to a four-year bachelor's degree.

The curriculum includes music theory, aural skills, and class piano, as well as ensemble and applied study courses. Students will develop skills in music performance, composition, and theory, and will have the opportunity to participate in concerts and recitals. An entrance audition is required for all students who want to pursue this degree.

Graduates of this program can pursue careers as music teachers, performers, or composers.
