Bachelor in Nursing

Nursing is the discipline concerned with the care of individuals, families, and communities to help them attain, maintain, or recover health. Coursework typically covers anatomy and physiology, pharmacology, patient assessment, medical-surgical nursing, community health, and clinical practice across various healthcare settings. Students combine classroom instruction with supervised clinical placements in hospitals and community health facilities, developing practical skills in patient care, health promotion, and disease prevention. Nursing programs also address ethics, communication, and interprofessional collaboration, since nurses work closely with physicians and other healthcare staff.
