This programme prepares Registered Practical Nurses to become Registered Nurses in Ontario. Students build on prior practical nursing education and experience through advanced theory, simulation, and clinical placements. The curriculum covers health assessment, pharmacology, mental health, and community health. Clinical learning occurs in hospitals, long-term care, public health, and Indigenous health settings.
