This master, taught in-person on the Udine campus, focuses on the partnership paradigm through the lens of anthropology, psychology, and literature, drawing on the work of scholars like Riane Eisler and indigenous traditions from around the world.

It covers both foundational theories and practical applications, such as the use of sciamanic practices in facilitating community building and healing. Through a series of modules, practicial sessions, and fieldwork, students gain a deep understanding of how cultural, psychological, and spiritual elements can be integrated into partnership-based models for community development and conflict resolution.

The programme features lectures by renowned scholars like Professor Stefano Beggiora, and a significant part of the curriculum focuses on the application of sciamanic practices in contemporary contexts, including the use of storytelling, art, and digital media.

One of the distinctive features of this master is the International Scientific Committee, which includes experts from various fields and countries, ensuring a global perspective on the subject matter.
