Law students at the University of Tuscia (UniTus) explore Diritto Romano in the foundational Primer Semester module, Istituzioni di Diritto Romano. This module equips students with a comprehensive understanding of private Roman law from its origins to the era of Justinian, alongside the technical-legal language and the exegesis of Roman legal sources.
