Master in Percorso Formativo

The deadline to apply for the Sep 2027 intake is Aug 31, 2027.

Law students at the University of Tuscia (UniTus) explore Diritto Romano in the foundational Primer Semester module, Istituzioni di Diritto Romano. This module equips students with a comprehensive understanding of private Roman law from its origins to the era of Justinian, alongside the technical-legal language and the exegesis of Roman legal sources.

This is a five-year single-cycle master's, leading to a Laurea Magistrale a ciclo unico qualification. Students gain a solid grounding in both the theoretical and practical dimensions of law, with a strong emphasis on the intellectual traditions of legal thought.

The programme stands out for its integrated approach to legal education, combining a rigorous academic curriculum with a focus on the critical analysis of legal principles and their applications to real-world scenarios.
