Students with a completed nursing education who wish to professionalise nursing care will thrive in this programme. The degree qualifies graduates as expert nurses working in various institutions across the health sector, preparing them to handle complex issues with scientific methods and apply research findings to practice. Over the course of the programme, students can select two specialisations from Pflegebildung, Psychiatrische Versorgung und Pflege, Qualitätsentwicklung in der Pflege and Organisationsentwicklung. The programme is delivered through two two-week on-campus sessions per semester at the Caprivi-Campus in Osnabrück.
