At Drexel University, tuition comes to 36,234 USD per year.

The Drexel University Physician Assistant program awards a Master of Health Science degree. It focuses on educating competent physician assistants with an emphasis on integrity, respect for varied backgrounds, collaboration, patient advocacy, and service to the community. The program aims to develop graduates skilled in lifelong learning to adapt to a changing medical environment and deliver equitable, patient-centered primary healthcare, particularly in under-resourced communities.

The program requires a minimum of 98.0 credits distributed across core courses, nine clinical rotations, and a capstone experience.

Graduates are eligible to take the Physician Assistant National Certifying Examination (PANCE) and practice medicine as primary health care providers collaborating with physicians, performing examinations, diagnosing and treating illnesses, ordering tests, assisting in surgery, and providing patient education.

The program uses CASPA; applications must be verified by CASPA by September 1 of the application year. Applicants need a bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent verified by WES) with a minimum 3.0 overall and science GPA, and 500 hours of direct patient care experience. Non-native English speakers must submit TOEFL iBT scores (minimum 105 overall, 26 speaking) unless a US/Canadian bachelor's degree is earned.

The programme totals about 98 credit hours. For international students, tuition is well above the median for US programmes. The institution admits about 78% of applicants.
