Bachelor in Physics

Tuition fees are 2,000 USD per year.

Jan Dlugosz University in Czestochowa offers a Physics bachelor's program that runs six semesters, equivalent to three years, taught in English. Graduates gain general knowledge in physics grounded in the natural sciences, along with knowledge in their chosen specialty area. The program develops skills in understanding and accurately describing physical phenomena and in using modern measuring equipment and technical diagnostic systems. A shared core of courses in theoretical and experimental physics gives students a broad grasp of the general principles of the field, and graduates develop the ability to collect, process, and transmit information in the natural sciences, particularly physical and technical sciences. After graduation, students are prepared to continue into advanced physics study at the master's level. The program also brings students to an English proficiency level that supports communication and the use of specialized literature in physics. Graduates come away with qualifications tied to research equipment used in nanotechnology studies, methods for preparing materials at the nanoscale, and a basic knowledge of computer hardware and software relevant to their field. Częstochowa, home to Jan Dlugosz University, is a city in southern Poland with a well-established academic community. A bachelor's degree structured this way gives students a foundation in both theoretical and experimental physics along with practical, lab-based skills, supporting continued study at the master's level or entry into technical roles that call for measurement, materials characterization, or data-handling expertise straight out of undergraduate study.
