Bachelor in Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation

Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation prepares students to assess and treat physical impairments resulting from injury, illness, or aging, with the goal of restoring movement and function. Coursework typically covers anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and neurology, along with applied subjects such as exercise therapy, manual therapy, and rehabilitation program design for varied patient populations. Clinical placements give students supervised experience working directly with patients, applying assessment tools and treatment techniques in real healthcare settings. The program also addresses the safe use of rehabilitation equipment and evidence-based treatment planning. Graduates pursue careers in hospitals, outpatient clinics, sports rehabilitation centers, and private physiotherapy practice, or continue to graduate study in physiotherapy or related health sciences.
