Bachelor in Policy, Public Administration and Organisation

This 3-year Bachelor program at Leiden University focuses on public administration and policy development. It's for students who want to understand how public organizations work and how policies are created, and it's taught in Dutch.

Students study law, sociology, history, and ethics, which helps them develop a broad perspective on public administration. They learn analytical thinking and research skills, and work in small classes with personalized guidance.

Graduates can become Policy Advisors, Public Affairs Consultants, Project Managers, or Government Analysts. They can work in national and international organizations, government agencies, or non-profit sectors, using their skills in public administration and governance.
