The Doctor of Medicine program begins with 20 months of Basic Sciences in Anguilla, where students develop the scientific and clinical foundations required for medical practice.

Students then progress to approximately two years of supervised clinical training in the United States and United Kingdom, through a network spanning more than 50 hospitals and healthcare settings.

The curriculum includes core clinical rotations in: Internal Medicine, Surgery, Pediatrics, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Psychiatry and Family Medicine. Students also complete elective clinical rotations.
