The Project Launch program is a non-degree course that teaches students how to launch and manage projects efficiently. It's an online program taught in English and lasts several weeks. This program helps students learn to justify and select projects, define project scope, and create effective communication plans.

The curriculum includes 12 modules that cover topics like project development, stakeholder influence, and project planning. Students learn to identify project requirements, create a work breakdown structure, and use scheduling software. They also apply their knowledge to a case study, bringing together key elements of launching a project.

Graduates of this program can pursue careers as Project Managers, Product Managers, Business Development Managers, or Portfolio Managers. They can work in industries like technology, finance, or construction, and can be employed by companies like Amazon, Facebook, or Accenture.
