The Psychogerontology program at the University of Wrocław is for individuals who work with seniors, offering a unique chance to gain knowledge and practical skills to support older adults. It's a one-year, non-degree program taught in English.

The curriculum covers topics like developmental changes in old age, physical and mental health issues, and effective communication strategies with seniors. Students learn to assess the needs of older adults and develop supportive interventions, with practical components to enhance learning.

Graduates can pursue roles like Senior Care Assistant, Gerontology Specialist, or Social Worker in elder care settings, finding employment in healthcare facilities, social services, or community organizations focused on senior support.
