This programme is designed for students with a Bachelor’s degree in any field. It is offered in two variants, each tailored to students' prior education and career plans. Students can choose between a variant for those with a background in administrative, economic, legal, or social sciences and a variant for those with other backgrounds. Both variants offer a comprehensive and well-rounded education, ensuring that students develop a robust understanding of public management and governance principles.

Students have the option to study in a Praxis program, augmenting theory with practical experience through internships and real-world projects.
