Real Estate Business

Malmo University is a public university in Malmo, Sweden. It was founded in 1998 and is one of the youngest universities in Sweden. The university has over 25,000 students and 3,000 staff members. It offers a wide range of undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral programs in the fields of humanities, social sciences, natural sciences, and law. The program is aimed at those who want to work with real estate and develop the urban society of the future, where relationships with people who live, work or use the real estate are the focus. The education is interdisciplinary and includes business administration, law and technology and takes a holistic approach to real estate, people and society. During the training, you learn to analyze and explain the meaning of properties and buildings. You do this in relation to customers, both residents and companies/organisations, and the environment in which they operate. As a real estate entrepreneur, you are an important actor in the development of society and in the planning of the society of the future. The real estate industry is dynamic and complex and faces societal challenges in economic, social and environmental sustainability, where technological development creates a need for new business models. Real estate entrepreneurship is about developing a professional business approach with the customer in focus and thereby creating value in collaboration with the customer where the organization's services and properties are used.
