Dr. Fisher’s research includes studies on the effects of cannabis on brain function and the influence of caffeine on brain activity across the menstrual cycle, along with other projects in the EEG Lab at Mount Saint Vincent University. Active projects cover diverse topics, such as auditory change detection in high-risk psychosis, the impact of gambling and psychosis on cognition, and the effects of racial stress on cognition. Dr. Lackner’s work includes a well-being study and a project on the effects of racial stress on cognition. The lab collaborates with numerous institutions, including Dalhousie University, Acadia University, and the University of Pittsburgh, enhancing the research experience for students.
