This programme prepares students to manage food service operations in restaurants, resorts, and institutional settings. It combines business principles with culinary and hospitality practices. Students complete a structured curriculum focused on financial management, customer service, and operational leadership. The programme is designed for those with an associate degree in a culinary or hospitality field.

Focus areas include Food Service Financial Management, Menu Engineering, Wine and Beverage Management, Customer Service Management, Facility Management, Food Service Entrepreneurship.

The programme requires 63 semester credits beyond an associate degree, distributed across core courses, arts and sciences, a self-integration course, and electives. A food service externship is included as part of the elective requirement.

Graduates enter roles such as restaurant manager, hospitality operations coordinator, or institutional food service supervisor.

Applicants must hold an associate degree or diploma in a culinary arts or hospitality-related field. A minimum of 60 transfer credits is required. Official transcripts and application materials are needed.

The programme totals about 120 credit hours. On-campus, full-time, 15-month duration with 5-week terms and one to two courses per term. For international students, tuition is below the median for US programmes. The institution admits about 83% of applicants.
