The curriculum includes courses in leadership, hospitality, sales and marketing, health and wellness, food and nutrition, finance, and human resource management. Students also participate in a 160-hour field placement in a retirement home community to apply and reinforce their learning.

Graduates can pursue careers as Retirement Home Managers, Sales and Marketing Coordinators, Hospitality Coordinators, Food Service Managers, or Recreation Coordinators in retirement homes, working with industry leaders like Verve Senior Living, Chartwell Retirement Residences, and Revera Retirement Living.
