Bachelor in Robotics and Automation

The programme runs over four years. In the first year all students follow a common engineering foundation covering mathematics, physics, mechanics, graphics, programming and an introductory multidisciplinary project. From the second year to the fourth year the curriculum narrows to a robotics and automation specialisation, allowing deeper study of mechanical, electronic, control and software systems.

Each week combines lectures with practical sessions in laboratories and workshops. Students model parts in 2-D and 3-D CAD, program micro-controllers, assemble sensor and actuator circuits, and construct prototype robots. Team-based projects require design, testing and documentation of solutions for sectors such as biomedical, automotive and food processing.

Graduates are ready for roles in high-tech manufacturing.
