This programme is for teachers already working in secondary education who want to deepen their knowledge and professional practice. It focuses on advanced study in educational theory, pedagogy, and subject-specific teaching methods. Students build on their existing experience to strengthen their professional skills and reflect critically on their teaching approaches.

The programme is offered entirely online and asynchronously, with flexible scheduling to support working teachers. Courses are 3 credits each, requiring about 9 to 12 hours of personal work per week. Students engage through discussion forums, group projects, and video conferences, with active participation expected. The programme does not lead to a teaching certification.

Admission requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, a minimum cumulative average of 2.7 on a 4.3 scale, and relevant education experience. Applicants must have legal status in Canada and proof of residence in Quebec. The programme takes 3 to 5 years to complete, depending on the student's pace.
