Short-term (Vacation) Chinese Language Program

Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT), founded in 1920 and a member of China’s elite C9 group, is a research-intensive university with strong roots in engineering, science, and technology. The Short-term Chinese Language Program is a non-degree program at Harbin Institute of Technology, lasting one week. It focuses on intensive oral Chinese training for students of all levels. This program is a great opportunity for students to quickly improve their Chinese language skills during winter or summer vacation.

The program includes 20 hours of classes per week, with no more than 15 students in each class. In addition to language classes, students can participate in complimentary Chinese culture experience activities, such as Chinese painting, cooking, and traditional culture lectures.

After completing this program, students can pursue careers as tour guides, language instructors, cultural ambassadors, editors, or international sales representatives. They can work in tourism, education, media, or international business, using their Chinese language skills to connect with Chinese clients or audiences.
