With the module Sociaal werk verkennen right from the first year, this programme tackles the complexities of social systems and the roles of social workers within them. This programme is for those who want to build trust, challenge injustice, and work with diverse communities. It’s not just about understanding social issues, but also about being part of the solution, helping people navigate societal structures, and influencing policy. You’ll work on real-world challenges, from supporting families to advocating for marginalised groups, and even get to specialise in areas like psychosocial support or social policy.

Your journey starts with practical experience from day one, through local community projects and guest lectures. In your second year, you complete a seven-week internship in a sector of your choice, followed by a three-month internship in your final year, working on a real-world project.
