Anyone who is already handling some social media duties, or who wishes to move from a hobbyist to a professional role, will find this programme suitable. It assumes basic digital literacy, comfort with Windows or macOS, and familiarity with standard office software.

The Certificate in Social Media Marketing teaches you to research, plan, create, publish and analyse social media content, using industry-standard software and analytics tools. Over 13 weeks you develop practical skills for targeting audiences, measuring campaign effectiveness and integrating social media into broader marketing plans.
