Space is Everywhere

The Space is Everywhere program is a non-degree course for anyone interested in space, offered by the University of Colorado Boulder. This 4-week course covers various topics, including space in journalism, art, music, movies, and books. By the end of the course, you will have a deeper understanding of how space is communicated and its impact on our lives.

The curriculum includes discussions on space and music with Dr. Jay Keister, the art of space with Erin Espelie, and visualizing space exploration with Joby Harris. You will also explore space through the ages with Scott Millspaugh and space in movies with Dr. Ernesto Acevedo Muñoz. Additionally, the course covers science fiction and its influence on our imagination, as well as a journey through rocket history.

After completing this course, you can pursue careers such as a Space Journalist, Science Communicator, or Space Consultant. You may also find opportunities in the film industry as a Space Movie Consultant or in the music industry as a Space-themed Music Producer. Furthermore, you could work as a Space Education Specialist, helping to inspire and educate others about space and its many wonders.
