Bachelor in Studienarbeiten

Students at the bachelor's programme in Textile Art/ Textile Design work on projects such as "Weg der Sinne", "PRECIOUS?", and "Forschungsthema 'Alumniumschäume'". The programme at the Angewandte Kunst Schneeberg campus focuses on the combination of science and textile design, as seen in projects like "Textilband" and "Vorhang für Probensaal".

The curriculum includes studies in textile inproducts and scientific applications. Students' research projects are conducted in the textile lab and often culminate in collaborations with industrial partners, such as the BEMZ Design Award.
