Sustainability Leadership

Each month you will travel to ATU Mayo for a residential workshop, where you join peers for intensive sessions, group activities and networking. Between workshops you prepare using on-line materials on the Moodle platform, complete the Sustainability Mindset Indicator profiling, and develop a personal sustainability leadership plan. The blended format lets you balance study with a busy professional life while benefiting from face-to-face interaction and dedicated accommodation.

The programme tackles the complex social, economic and environmental challenges of the 21st century. You critically examine the concept of sustainability, assess organisational impacts, and explore how leadership can drive transformative change. Core modules develop strategic thinking, systems awareness and the ability to design metrics that reflect true triple-bottom-line performance.

• Three mandatory modules (Understanding the Sustainability Challenge, Assessing the Impact, Sustainability Leadership and Change) – 30 credits in total.
• Blended delivery with monthly residential workshops and online learning.
• Accommodation provided for each residential block.
